Payment conditions:

Short stay (up to 4 weeks): 30 % Down payment at time of booking/reservation, remaining rent upon arrival.

Long stay (more than 4 weeks): 30 % Down payment for the first 4 weeks. The running billing takes place on the first of each month in advance.

Deposit:

EUR 150,00 for short stays, 4 weeks rent for long stays. The deposit will be returned to your bank account.
